  • Ensures efficient administration of employee benefits programs, including compliance related external and internal audits
  • Manages leave administration including FMLA, time off policies and holiday schedules
  • Interacts with third party vendors, brokers and consultants as required to acquire information and to review program utilization
  • Recommends and implements improvements to maintain a competitive benefits package
  • Provides support for the administration and compliance of retirement plans
  • Coordinates annual renewal and  enrollment processes
  • Creates benefit messages and communications for programs throughout the year
  • Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing benefits
  • May support benefits administration for union plans to include research and data collection related to grievances or arbitration
  • Coordinates integration of acquired businesses (benefits and leave admin)
  • Collects enrollment and participation data and creates reporting used to assess effectiveness of programs and communications
  • Investigates and recommends improved processes to drive efficiency and cost improvements
  • Collaborates with other members of the Total Rewards Team on major projects and initiatives


  • Implements and administers health & wellbeing programs supporting a global strategy by partnering with vendors and Field HR team to launch localized Wellness initiatives
  • Prepares, communicates and implements the policies and procedures for the organization's wellness programs
  • Collects enrollment and participation data and creates reporting used to assess effectiveness of programs and communications
  • Ensure an organization's wellness programs are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations governing benefits
  • Maintaining all records and reports related to employee wellness and related programs

BA/BS required; MA/MS preferred with 5-7 years employee benefits, experience, with 1-2 years prior supervisory experience

  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong financial and analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and negotiating skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex messages to all levels of the organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint


  • Prior Wellness program implementation and administration experience
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and ADP HWSE Workday
  • Experience with due diligence and integration planning for mergers, divestitures and acquisitions
  • CBP and/or CEBS certification a plus
