The Digital Asset Manager oversees Masonite digital assets for the Retail division and working with cross-functional teams across a number of digital initiatives and campaigns to create incremental demand. This individual manages existing internal digital assets such as images and videos and deploying them appropriately to external retail channel partners. This role leads a broad range of key initiatives, including managing content, enhancing product information pages (PIPs), guiding cross-functional creative, sales, IT, product, and marketing teams to create compelling online shopping experiences. The Digital Asset Manager initiates other opportunities that drive sales, supports brand awareness, and engagement through Masonite content exposure.


  • Serves as principle liaison to business and functional leaders regarding digital and social media
  • Collaborates with sales, program management, marketing and creative team to align campaigns with existing and new digital content
  • Simplifies and enhances customer shopping experience
  • Organizes, manages and creates online content and web assets across retail channel partners
  • Evaluates user and web traffic metrics and return on company investment in digital initiatives
  • Researches and develops new digital approaches to meet sales and communication objectives
  • Leads internal initiatives with IT relating to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), web development, mobile, social media and analytics
  • Champions changes and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas, concepts, processes, and various lean initiatives 



  • Experience with Content Management Systems is an added benefit
  • Strong analytic and creative visual skills 
  • Background with social media and/or online retailers preferred
  • Successful track record as a highly organized individual who can creatively solve problems, multi-task, and make strategic choices that drive growth
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong attention to detail 
  • Travel to vary 10-20% based on location of customers and projects


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered 
  • 2-3 years comparable business experience in sales, marketing, or program management
