  • Transport material by hand or assistance of a cart, with respective lifting.
  • Required to use tools to machine or prep material
  • Responsible for housekeeping/Scrap/Production or any other relevant information to complete job output.
  • Product Knowledge/Communication Skill/Process Flow
  • Facilitate a focus on continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing principles and quality control practices.
  • Performs miscellaneous related duties and carries out special projects as assigned.
  • High School diploma and/or relevant experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., pulls/push boxes of product on/off line and or pallets.
  • Stand/walk for full work shift.
  • Ability to listen and provide verbal directions to staff.
  • Respond quickly to production line concerns by solving minor problems and requesting assistance for problems beyond their expertise.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational communication and mechanical skills required.
  • Ability to work varying shifts and additional hours depending on business needs.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess both cognitive and reasoning skills.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Ability to interact with both management and hourly production staff.
  • Desire to potentially move into greater areas of responsibility in the future.
