The Workday Analyst will be primarily responsible for Security and Benefits configuration in Workday.

  • System administration, configuration, enhancements and design of the Benefits module 
  • Work with Benefits teams in US and Canada to support their configuration, and where applicable to include documentation and configuration
  • Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote user adoption
  • Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
  • Administer all security in the system

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 1-3 years related business experience
  • 2 years experience with Workday Benefits configuration and/or Security administration/configuration
  • Functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices. 
  • Expert-level usage of Microsoft Excel experience, and proficient in other MS applications (Visio, Power-point, Access and Word.)
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative required
  • Must be a team player
