Masonite is looking to hire a Senior HRIS Analyst to provide robust Workday configuration solutions that drive the business value. The Senior HRIS Analyst will be primarily responsible for configurations / implementations and routine system enhancements. This position will also support system upgrades for Workday and other HR systems, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

  • Partner with internal and external customers to elicit requirements, design, build, test, and deploy HCM configuration changes.
  • Act as lead SME, who will support and advise the team on continued system administration and enhancements, business process configuration and design of the primary HRIS (Workday). Modules include: HCM (Onboarding, Merit, Talent & Succession, I-9), US and Canada Payroll, Benefits & Absence.
  • Recommend and implement configuration changes, and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline and enhance business process configuration, and promote user adoption.
  • Provide end user training on new functionality as needed, and leverage technology to drive towards a more automated solution for employee and manager self-service.
  • Professionalism in working directly with business owners and striving to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field and at least 3 years related business experience with Workday configuration/business processes.
  • Solid understanding of Workday HCM and related business processes essential.
  • Experience with other Workday modules, including reporting preferred.
  • Good functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices. 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects and initiatives while translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Expert-level usage of Microsoft Excel experience (macros and complex formulas), and proficient in other MS applications (Visio, Power-point, Access and Word.)
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail; demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking.
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, in order to build strong partnerships with key internal organizations and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize competing priorities.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
