The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for the inventory systems and procedures at the Mesquite facility. You will be responsible for daily cycle counts, publishing weekly inventory metrics, and maintaining purchase orders.

  • Set up inventory locations, keeping materials organized and maximizing space utilization.
  • Assist with the scheduling, coordination and implementation of physical inventories.
  • Reconcile results from physical inventories expeditiously and accurately.
  • Provide analysis of inventory adjustments or revisions and ensure adjustments are audited, inspected, and properly tracked and documented.
  • Train personnel on systems and processes as it relates to inventory Bin Location movement and adherence to the documented process
  • Maintain cycle counting program in accordance with guidelines provided by the Supply Chain Manager
  • Maintain public log of inventory adjustments including root cause and corrective action

  • Three years of applicable experience with inventory management in manufacturing industry preferred.
  • Two year degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Kaizen & 5-S experience desired, but not required.
  • Previous experience utilizing and maintaining inventory accuracies with a Warehouse Management System.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
