Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager is responsible for maintaining the teams project portfolio and facilitation of select projects. The IT Project Manager will also act as administrator for tools supported by the IT Infrastructure Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high level status of all team projects
  • Coordinate resources for execution of assigned projects
  • Maintain project schedule
  • Manage project issues and risk
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, ensuring involvement of all stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Review of team ticket queues for stale tickets
  • Administration of select tools to include ITSM (Footprints), RightFax, WebEx and Active Directory.

Qualifications
  • Strong experience in providing IT operation support
  • 5+ years of related experience
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Working experience in managing resources and projects
