Responsibilities

Integrated Marketing Manager 


Masonite is seeking an accomplished Marketing Manager to join our wholesale channel marketing team reporting to the Director of Wholesale Marketing in Masonite’s Ybor office. As the key marketing support (the Go-To) for our distributor/dealer sales team, the Integrated Marketing Manager will develop, communicate, execute and track the performance of programs designed to increase brand awareness and trial of the Masonite products/programs down channel.



  • Drive commercialization of products through development of tools, promotions, collateral, training modules, etc. needed to support “go to market” strategies for wholesale distribution.

  • Develop Masonite’s integrated marketing strategy with All Product Distributors(APDs)/Key Customers thru direct interaction with our partners and product team. 

  • Work with sales team to create and manage promotions, programs and other related account service activities. 

  • Ensure successful execution of channel marketing initiatives, track effectiveness and recommend plan changes as appropriate.

  • Develop and strategize concise and relevant communications for product and service announcements, price increases, events, and marketing/sales related issues within the channel for US and Canadian markets.

  • Provide sales team training for programs and product launches.

  • Manage and own the customer portal (Mconnect) in both content and user experience to drive user adoption.

  • Own literature, merchandising and POS materials strategy, creation and execution for the channel.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in field marketing and/or marketing program management

  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal

  • Strong Analytical and strategic planning skills 

  • Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including: Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook are required

  • Prefer experience with social/digital campaigns

  • Prefer experience with sales team support

  • This position requires up to 30% travel
