We are currently seeking a team member who wants to be part of a growing and transforming company and product marketing team. This person would be responsible for building robust market and competitive insights, driving new product initiatives through the stage gate process and commercializing a range of new product initiatives.

This position requires an individual that is very capable of cross-functional leadership and has the ability to be a key contributor on the North American Exterior doors and glass product marketing team. This individual must possess the ability to develop and communicate high level strategic plans, work closely with our R&D and product development department and other non-marketing functions, and build and execute commercialization plans.


  • Lead multiple new product initiatives through the stage gate process, ranging from new to world to line extensions.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for the commercialization on new product programs through the wholesale and retail channels.
  • Actively pursue market and competitive insights through primary and secondary research to build the product roadmap and feed the new product introduction (NPI) hopper.
  • Partner with and sometimes lead new product projects that touch sourcing, supply chain, product development, industrial design, product engineering, legal, channel/brand marketing, IT and operations.
  • Impact the New Product Vitality Index through successful development and launch of new products.
  • Partner with codes and compliance to understand changes and incorporate into insights and new initiatives.
  • Gain placement through both wholesale and retail channels by actively participating in sales calls.

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. MBA/MS preferred.

  • 3 to 5 years of prior experience preferred, with 1 to 3 years relevant experience in marketing with the drive and determination to grow within a given role and within the organization.
  • Possess understanding and experience driving projects through a stage gate process.
  • Demonstrated experience launching new products.
  • Ability to project manage initiatives.
  • Flexible and able to deal with ambiguity.
  • Able to think strategically while also enjoying tactical execution of programs.
  • Enjoys working with people from a wide range of functions.
  • Analytical and creative problem solver.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft project or similar platform preferred.
  • Candidate must possess strong skills in written and oral communication with all levels of internal management and outside stakeholders.


  • Travel ~30% for market research, customer visits, trade shows, manufacturing plants and team meetings.
