The Workday HCM Specialist will provide post production support through system updates and new enhancements. The Specialist will facilitate successful implementation of new system functionality that support evolving business needs. The role provide business process and work-flow configurations, troubleshooting, assist with HRIS support tickets, and end-user training.

  • System administration of the primary HRIS (Workday); consisting of the following modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Reporting, and iCIMS (TAM/ATS) integration
  • Work with Field HR to ensure data integrity through audits and proper timely documentation
  • Provide user support, process mapping/documentation and training for system enhancements and processing procedures
  • Assist with Workday bi-annual releases
  • Collaborate with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes and promote user adoption
  • Offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity across various systems
  • Provide support for Learning Management and Performance Management systems
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 1-2 years related business experience in a system support role (preferably Workday)
  • Knowledge of Workday business process configuration a plus
  • Functional understanding of core HR business terminology and practices
  • Strong understanding of business processes and data maintenance
  • Expert-level usage of Microsoft Excel experience, and proficient in other MS applications (Visio, Power-point, Access and Word)
  • Ability to quickly adapt to learn new systems
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills with a high attention to detail
  • Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and multi-tasking
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer focus
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative required
  • Must be a team player
